Responsibilities:
– Commit to taking a special interest in customers, both within and outside the company, to develop a proactive customer-centric culture that fosters trust and confidence and adds value for stakeholders
– Ensure uniform and consistent administration and compliance with all company practices, procedures, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, environmental and safety regulations, and governmental regulations
– Supervise account coordinators and senior account coordinators to ensure their work activities are accurate, timely, compliant, and completed
– Evaluate employees’ performance, provide coaching and development, document reviews and feedback, and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain a standard of performance excellence
– Inspire exceptional customer service practices by partnering with customers to create positive experiences
– Utilize technology and creative solutions to improve team quality, efficiency, and productivity
– Approve expenditures for labor, office supplies, and equipment within authorized limits
– Support data compilation, analysis, and information related to account coordination activities and provide direct feedback from customer interactions
– Assist coordinators in handling project inquiries, updating notes, completing time-sensitive checklist items, and handling escalations
– Act as a resource to the new business leadership team by providing data analysis, customer feedback, trends, and observations to improve department functionality
Required Education:
– Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of work experience, associate degree with a minimum of four years of work experience, or High school diploma with a minimum of five years of work experience
– Driver’s license required
