Our prestigious client headquartered in New York City has an exciting position for a Sr. Customer Service Specialist. This role is in West Nyack, NY and provides a unique opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
-Develop and recommend reporting enhancements for operational productivity and quality improvements
– Perform billing and purchase of receivables
– Analyze procedures and practices for alignment with corporate goals and standards, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
– Identify opportunities for operational enhancement through improved applications and project coordination
– Analyze threats, trends, and develop strategies for excellent customer service
– Identify areas for development and training of internal and external users
– Represent the company at outreach and education opportunities
– Administer departmental training programs
– Assist in operational performance reviews and employee development functions
– Develop and administer new retail choice programs in compliance with company requirements – Participate in emergency management processes when required
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience
– Knowledge of customer operations, including customer accounts, relations, investigations, and billing – 5 to 7 years of customer service experience – Driver’s license required
Salary Range:
