Senior System Analyst

Senior System Analyst – IT – $90k-$95k Per Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team lead to planning and execute projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, system administrators, and software developers, to gather requirements and provide analytical support.
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of data center operations, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and project updates, ensuring all documentation remains accurate and current.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends relevant to business operations and data center management.
• Aid in the development and execution of test plans for infrastructure changes and project requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance metrics, identifying potential issues and recommending improvements.
• Provide support in the configuration and deployment of infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and network devices.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to effectively communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues, working closely with senior team members to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Provide general support to the team, including administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field with three years of experience in IT or a similar role (internship will be considered). – OR an Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with four years of experience in IT or a similar role
